Job Title:- Aftersales Advisor
Salary:- £27,000 with a £38,360+ OTE
Location: Farnham

We’re looking for an experienced  Aftersales Advisor who can hit the ground running and become an important part of family-owned Dealership Group in the Farnham Area

You’ll be:

• Managing customers from booking through to vehicle collection
• Booking vehicles into the workshop
• Advising customers on servicing, repairs and maintenance
• Preparing estimates and invoices
• Working closely with Technicians and the workshop
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
• Identifying genuine additional sales opportunities
• Delivering a first-class customer experience

More importantly, you’ll be someone who:

• Knows the motor trade
• Is confident dealing with customers
• Understands vehicle servicing and repairs
• Can manage a busy workload
• Communicates well
• Is commercially aware without being pushy
• Takes ownership and gets things done
