I’m pleased to share that we are currently seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager, to join a client of mine on the stunning Jersey, Channel Islands, to look after the service department of their Luxury and Prestige brands dealership that include JLR, Porsche, Aston Martin, Bentley and Volvo. This Aftersales Manager position comes with a strong salary package, relocation support, company car and many other benefits.
Roles and Responsibilities of an Aftersales Manager includes but not limited to:
- Lead and manage the Aftersales Team
- Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
- Monitor team performance, maintain and improve retention and engagement
- Monitors staff training needs, ensuring training and development plans
Experience required for the Aftersales Manager position:
- Experience as an Aftersales Manager with a background in one or more premium brands such as JLR, Porsche, Aston Martin, Bentley, or Volvo
- A well-presented individual with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed.
- A strong ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
- Must be open to relocate to Jersey, Channel Islands
