Agricultural Area Sales Manager
Location: Sutterton
Salary: Competitive basic (Flexible DOE) + Commission + Company Car
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8am – 5.30pm, with additional hours as required during peak periods)
Holt Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established and successful agricultural dealership group to find an experienced Agricultural Area Sales Manager for their Sutterton branch.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual with strong knowledge of the agricultural industry and a proven track record in machinery sales or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell a portfolio of agricultural machinery and equipment within a defined sales area.
- Represent the dealership professionally and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Ensure machinery is delivered in line with company and brand standards.
- Attend customer events and trade shows to promote the business and products.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with developments.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the line manager.
- Provide product demonstrations when required.
- Keep accurate records and manage sales administration efficiently.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Good knowledge of agricultural equipment and the farming industry.
- Previous experience in machinery sales, service, or parts.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Confidence in upselling and closing deals.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
