Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary & Benefits: OTE £55,000+ with uncapped commission

A leading company in the Plant and Powered Access rental industry is seeking a motivated Area Sales Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to take ownership of a defined area, build strong customer relationships, and maximise earnings through a combination of base salary and uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Promote and sell plant and powered access equipment within the assigned area
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support where required
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the plant, construction, or powered access industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
