Role: Assistant Centre Manager / Vehicle Technician / Fast fit Technician
Salary: £33,000 + bonus (£7,100)
Our client, a hugley popular UK-Wide National Service Centre in the Morden area, is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Manager. This hands-on role splits time between the workshop—working alongside technicians—and supporting the Centre Manager with sales and customer service. A great opportunity to step into management!
Salary: Up to £33,000 + a potential bonus of £7,100 per year (with potential to earn more).
Hours: 5 days a week (closed Sundays). Every other Saturday morning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain efficiency by adhering to scheduled times.
- Record work details accurately.
- Keep work areas tidy and safe.
- Communicate professionally with colleagues and customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
- Strong technical skills and customer service.
- Valid Driving License.
- Ability to work independently and maintain quality.
