Auto Electrician – Bus Fleet 
Location: Hull
Salary: £36,000 basic + overtime
Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Auto Electrician to join a well-established operation maintaining a fleet of buses in Hull.

The Role You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems across a modern bus fleet, ensuring vehicles remain safe, reliable, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Fault finding and diagnostics on electrical and electronic systems
• Repairs and maintenance of wiring, lighting, batteries, alternators, starters, and control units
• Use of diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults
• Planned and reactive maintenance
• Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Auto Electrician (PSV, HGV, Bus, or Coach experience preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant qualifications or time-served experience
