Automotive Assembler Supervisor
Location – Leatherhead
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday – Early Finish on Fridays
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Automotive Assembler Supervisor to join a well-established automotive manufacturing company based in Leatherhead. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong background in automotive production and team leadership.
About the Role:
As the Automotive Assembler Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team on the production line, ensuring assembly targets are met to the highest quality standards. You will manage day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and ensure that health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of automotive assemblers on the production line
- Ensure daily production targets are met efficiently and safely
- Monitor quality standards and implement improvements where needed
- Provide training, support, and performance feedback to team members
- Coordinate workflow and liaise with other departments as necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within an automotive production or assembly environment
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A hands-on, team-focused approach with the ability to motivate others
