Automotive Service Advisor (VAG Group)

Service Advisor
£30,000 basic | £38,000 realistic OTE | Uncapped bonus
Basingstoke

Already a Service Advisor?

Then you know the job. The real question is whether your next move gives you a better deal.

This is with a family-run Main Dealership in Basingstoke, offering proper structure, strong manufacturer backing and less of the faceless PLC feel.

What makes it worth a move?

• £30,000 basic salary & a realistic OTE around £38,000, with uncapped bonus
• Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm or 7:30am-5:30pm on a bi-weekly rota
• Just 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, 8:00am-1:00pm
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Family-run dealership environment
• Strong manufacturer backing

They’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor who already understands the pace of a busy dealership and can look after customers properly without needing to be taught the basics.

It’s the same job.

Just potentially in a better setup.
