Our client is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join their premium vehicle sales team on the Isle of Man. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive sales professional who is ambitious, target-driven, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.

🚗 The Role As Brand Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing new and used vehicle sales, developing customer relationships, achieving monthly targets, and maximising opportunities across vehicle and finance sales.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Follow up enquiries and identify further sales opportunities
• Achieve monthly new and used vehicle sales targets
• Meet agreed profit targets across vehicle sales
• Maximise additional profit opportunities, including finance
• Identify and approach new customers to understand their requirements
• Arrange customer meetings and provide a tailored sales experience
• Ensure customer correspondence and paperwork are completed accurately
• Maximise every sales opportunity while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction

🧰 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in automotive vehicle sales essential
• Experience within premium vehicle sales would be advantageous
• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone
• Highly presentable and professional approach
• Ambitious, motivated, and target-driven
• Passion for vehicle sales and achieving results
• Knowledge of Kerridge/ADP DMS would be beneficial
• Valid UK Driving Licence
