Our client is looking for an experienced Centre Manager to join their Dealership in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills to drive business performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the centre, ensuring operational efficiency, maximising sales opportunities, and maintaining high standards across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, motivate, and develop the centre team
• Drive sales performance and customer conversion rates
• Lead the daily operation and running of the depot
• Ensure company procedures and telephone techniques are followed
• Maintain security of stock, assets, customer information, and cash handling processes
• Oversee stock control systems and ensure audit compliance
• Ensure equipment and machinery are maintained and safe to operate
• Manage stock deliveries and inventory processes
• Deliver exceptional customer service and operational standards

Requirements for this role: 

• Previous experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager within the automotive industry
• Proven track record of success in a sales-driven environment
• Strong technical, mechanical, or automotive knowledge
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements
• Excellent customer service and account management skills
• Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 6 months
