Job Title: Class 1 HGV Driver
Location: Darlington
Salary: Up to 42k + OTE
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Schedule: Monday to Friday Days
Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable Class 1 HGV Drivers, with experience in loading and unloading vehicles / machinery to join a leading company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles
- Carry out daily vehicle checks
- Complete paperwork and delivery notes accurately
- Maintain professionalism and follow road safety laws
- Liaise with transport staff and customers as required
Requirements:
- Full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Experience loading / unloading machinery desired
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Good attitude, timekeeping, and communication skills
