Location: Kidlington

Salary: up to £35,000 basic with an OTE of £50K

We have an opportunity for a Commercial Vehicle Technician to join my client’s workshop in Kidlington.Due to increased workload, they are looking for an additional Commercial Vehicle Technician to join the team.

• Main Dealer
• 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
• 1 hour lunch
• 1 in 4 Saturdays +paid as overtime 8am-12pm
• Holiday 22 days + bank holidays
• Training on the manufacture

Requirements for this Commercial Vehicle Technician role are:

• Qualified to IMI/NVQ level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair/ City and Guilds Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance / Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / City & Guilds Automotive
• Have experience working within a car dealership or an independent garage/ car supermarket
• Completed your MOT tester course class 1, 2, 4 or 7
• Experience of working on commercial vehicles/ LCV / cars
• Ideally Hybrid / EV trained but if not training will be provided

 Key responsibilities for this Commercial Vehicle Technician role are:

• Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
• As a Vehicle Technician/Car Mechanic you will carry out all work completely and effectively
