Working 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday (45 hours), plus Saturday on a rota basis 8:30am – 12:30pm
Basic salary £31,200 plus bonus
Our Customer Experience Manager is an integral part of the service team. Your role is to ensure we deliver exceptional customer service, standards, and processes. You will work closely with the service Manager and the team to help create long-lasting relationships that build the service offering for now and in the future. As part of a busy team, you will be an active team player who is continually focussed on the needs of the customer. Excellent Communication and good IT skills are essential.
