We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and forward-thinking manufacturing business based in Arbroath, currently seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and maintenance staff across the site
- Plan and deliver engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to support business objectives
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and performance
- Manage departmental budgets and resource planning effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an engineering leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical engineering knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Effective problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
- A proactive approach to maintenance and operational challenges
