Salary: £42,000 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We’re recruiting an Engineering Supervisor for a busy depot in Worcester — someone ready to take charge, drive team performance, and ensure our fleet operates safely, efficiently, and reliably every day.
 
What You’ll Do as Engineering Supervisor

• Lead and supervise the maintenance and servicing of a large PSV fleet.
• Develop and motivate an engaged, high-performing engineering team.
• Plan, allocate, and oversee all engineering work – both scheduled and reactive – ensuring deadlines and safety standards are met.
• Maintain vehicle availability in line with operational needs.
• Support stock and warranty management alongside the Stores Manager.
• Keep accurate records for compliance, performance, and environmental standards.
• Handle staff reviews, absence management, and other HR duties in line with company policy.
• Work closely with operations and engineering teams to manage daily performance, including breakdowns, vehicle allocation, and on-road reliability.

 
Skills & Requirements of the Engineering Supervisor

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in an Engineering field.
• Knowledge of safe operation of workshop equipment.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience within an engineering environment.
• Organised, detail-focused, and IT literate.
• Full, clean UK Driving Licence.
• UK resident with Right to Work documentation available.
• PCV licence desirable – full training and support will be provided to help you obtain this if needed.
