Field Service Manager – Forklifts
Location: Bristol/Bath Area
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + Company Vehicle + Bonuses + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
We are currently seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to join a well-established forklift service provider operating in the Bristol/Bath region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to step into a rewarding management role.
As the Field Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of field engineers, ensuring efficient scheduling, quality control, and customer satisfaction across all forklift servicing and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the field service team
- Provide hands-on technical support and guidance on forklift repairs and maintenance
- Ensure timely completion of jobs and high service standards
- Coordinate workloads, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Monitor and report on performance and KPIs
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in the forklift or plant industry, ideally in a supervisory or Field Service Manager role. A solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems is essential.
