Our client is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead a successful multi-brand automotive operation in Jersey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong sales leader to take responsibility for sales performance, team development, manufacturer relationships, and overall commercial success.

🚗 The Role As Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance across the business, leading and developing teams, managing key manufacturer relationships, and ensuring strong operational and commercial results.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate sales teams across a multi-brand operation
• Drive sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Coach and develop managers and sales executives
• Implement effective sales frameworks and cost control measures
• Manage and develop strong OEM relationships
• Present and manage the full sales P&L
• Monitor KPIs and turn performance data into operational improvements
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer experience
• Provide strong leadership across all levels of the business
• Work independently while maintaining a strong commercial focus

• Proven experience in a senior automotive sales leadership role
• Strong operational and commercial sales background
• Excellent coaching and people management skills
• Experience managing OEM/manufacturer relationships
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs and their impact on profitability
• Confident working with and presenting P&L information
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• A results-driven and influential leadership style
