Job Title: PDI/Prep HGV Mechanic
Location: Forfar
Salary: £40,000-£45,000
Job Type: Permanent
Our client, a well-established and reputable commercial vehicle workshop, is looking for an experienced PDI HGV Mechanic to join their growing team.

As a PDI HGV Mechanic, you will be responsible for:

• Completing PDI and preparation work to manufacturer standards
• Ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently
• Assisting with fault-finding where required
• Following warranty procedures accurately
• Reporting any defects to the workshop controller

To be successful in this PDI HGV Mechanic role, you should have:

• Previous experience as a PDI HGV Mechanic or in a related heavy vehicle role
• Your own tools
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics
• A full UK driving licence
• Class 1 or 2 licence desirable
