An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Branch Manager to lead a busy, fast-paced operation within the HGV sector. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can drive performance, manage teams effectively, and ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of a Regional Branch Manager

• Oversee the day-to-day running of a regional branch operation
• Lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve performance targets
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maximise revenue opportunities
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the branch
• Handle staffing matters, including performance management and development
• Maintain a strong commercial focus to support business growth

What We’re Looking For in a Regional Branch Manager

• Proven experience in a management role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
• Commercially aware with experience in budget control and revenue generation
• Confident decision-maker who can work independently and prioritise workloads
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
• IT literate and comfortable learning new systems

Desirable traits of a Regional Branch Manager

• Experience within the HGV, automotive, or service environment
• Knowledge of SAP systems
• Technical understanding of vehicles
• Formal management or customer service training
