Title: HGV Technician – Brand New Fleet

Salary: £21.00–£21.50 per hour (£43,680 – £44,720 basic)
Earning Potential: Up to £50,000 with overtime (paid at 1.5x)
Join a refurbished fleet workshop maintaining a brand new, top-spec fleet of HGVs. We’re looking for experienced and motivated HGV Technicians to join our team in Letchworth.
What We Offer:
- Permanent, full-time position
- Monday to Friday – days only
- 40-hour working week with flexible start and finish times
- Option to work 4-day weeks if 40 hours are fulfilled
- Overtime available at 1.5x
- Brand new fleet of HGVs
- Clean, fully equipped, modern workshop
- £21.00 per hour basic rate
- £21.50 per hour if you hold a Class 2 licence
- Basic salary up to £44,720
- Up to £50,000 earning potential with overtime
Candidate Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification preferred, but not essential
- Applications welcome from:
- Level 2 qualified candidates
- IRTEC licence holders
- Time-served HGV technicians
- Class 2 HGV licence ideal, but not required
- Experience in maintenance and repair of HGVs or PSVs
