Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £24.99 per hour Monday to Friday / £27.49 per hour Weekends
4 On 4 Off Day Shift

A well-established and growing Bus Operator is looking to recruit an experienced HGV Technician / PSV Technician to join their engineering team in High Wycombe.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern workshop environment working on a fleet of buses, with strong rates of pay, a great shift pattern, and long-term career stability.
You will be working on a mixed fleet of modern buses including Alexander Dennis, Wrightbus, Volvo, Scania and others.  
 
The Role of the HGV Technician / PSV Technician

• Routine servicing and inspections
• MOT preparation and presentation
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• Mechanical and electrical repairs
• Brake, engine, and suspension work
• Vehicle defect rectification
• Maintaining fleet reliability and availability
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with DVSA and company standards

 
Requirements of the HGV Technician / PSV Technician

• Previous experience as an HGV Technician, PSV Technician, or Bus Technician
• Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent
• Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Experience working on buses, coaches, or HGVs
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• IRTEC accreditation beneficial but not essential
• Full UK driving licence preferred
