We are recruiting an experienced HGV Workshop Controller to join a busy commercial vehicle operation in Uxbridge, offering a basic salary of up to £51,000.
The Role as a HGV Workshop Controller, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop, managing technician workloads and ensuring repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate jobs and manage workshop workflow.
• Monitor technician productivity and performance.
• Support and guide HGV Technicians.
• Ensure repairs and servicing meet required standards.
• Liaise with service and parts departments.
• Maintain health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an HGV Workshop Controller, Workshop Supervisor or Senior HGV Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HGV maintenance and repairs.
• Experience managing workloads and workshop teams.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
