Internal Recruiter – Stoke on trent – £40,000 basic Salary – Main dealership
Our client is looking for a proactive Internal Recruiter to join their team and manage the full recruitment process. This includes sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every candidate.
Role – Internal Recruiter
Location – Stoke on trent
Salary – £40,000 Basic Salary
Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all business areas using job boards, social media, events, and referrals.
- Manage the candidate pipeline from initial application to offer and onboarding.
- Review applications and CVs, conduct phone/video screenings, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently.
- Assist with offers, negotiations, and pre-employment checks.
- Maintain professional communication with hiring managers, providing updates and guidance.
- Track recruitment metrics using Team Tailor and suggest improvements.
- Support the Holdcroft Academy Apprentice programme with training partners.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role (automotive sector experience is a bonus).
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment techniques and sourcing methods.
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Team Tailor is advantageous.
- A team player willing to support colleagues as needed.
