LCV Technician – Stoke – £37,000 – Main Dealership 

Our Client a main dealer is looking for a LCV Technician to join their dealership in Stoke offering a excellent basic salary and bonus structure

Role – LCV Technician 
Location – Stoke 
Salary – up to £37,000 Basic with an OTE of up to £43,000 
Hours – Monday – Froday 08.30 – 17.30 and 1 in 2 Sat 8:00 – 12:00
 
Responsibilities of this LCV Technician role:

• Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
• Carry out all work completely and effectively whilst adhering to manufacturer’s scheduled times to maintain efficiency.
• Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards.
• Keep work areas clean and tidy, organised, and safe from hazards to health and safety.
• Be able to liaise effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels in a polite and efficient manner.
• To be aware of the importance and implication of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are always met.

Minimum Technician Requirements:

• Qualified to level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent
• MOT License would be preferable but not essential 
• At least 3 years of practical experience working in a workshop environment
• Takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a busy team
• Full UK driving license (max 6 points)
