Role:- Lead Technician (Automotive – Luxury Brand)
Location:- Chichester
Salary:- £36,000 to £50,000 depending on experience per annum 

Holt Recruitment are recruiting for a Luxury family-run independent Specialist in the Chichester area for an experienced Lead Technician to join its small workshop team.

You’ll work on a varied range of classic and modern prestige vehicles, carrying out diagnostics, servicing and repairs. You’ll also provide technical support and guidance to two junior Technicians.

What’s on offer

• More of a lead Technician role overseeing another 2x Technician’s
• £35,000 to £50,000, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday hours, with no weekend rota
• Varied work on classic and modern prestige vehicles
• A small, relaxed team with no rigid efficiency targets

What you’ll bring

Several years’ experience after your apprenticeship, strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, and the confidence to work independently and support less experienced Technicians. Level 3 is preferred, but relevant experience is the priority. Experience with prestige vehicles is useful.
