About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations across a portfolio of commercial properties in the Leatherhead area. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage routine and reactive maintenance works across multiple commercial sites
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and schedules using the company’s management system
- Monitor compliance with health and safety standards and ensure all necessary inspections and certifications are up to date
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants and staff
- Support budgeting and cost control for maintenance and repair works
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on property maintenance performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a facilities, maintenance, or property management role (commercial sector preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with H&S regulations and maintenance compliance standards
- Confident using property or maintenance management software (training provided if needed)
- Full UK driving licence preferred (some travel between sites may be required)
