Job Title – Master Technician – Relocation!
Salary – up to £35,000 – £50,000 basic (depending on experience) + OTE 

Our client is a well-established multi-franchise main dealership in Guernsey and is looking for an experienced Master Technician who is open to relocating to join their busy Service Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out complex vehicle diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults efficiently.
• Support and mentor other Technicians, providing technical guidance and expertise where required.
• Complete all work accurately and within manufacturer flat-rate times where appropriate.
• Ensure all diagnostic reports, repair documentation, and job records are completed accurately.
• Carry out quality control checks to ensure vehicles are repaired to the highest standard.
• Work closely with the Service Department to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with Health & Safety requirements.
• Keep up to date with manufacturer training and new vehicle technologies.

Requirements

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Previous experience as a Master Technician, Senior Technician, or Diagnostic Technician within a main dealership.
• Manufacturer Master Technician accreditation is highly desirable.
• Advanced diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Strong technical knowledge across mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting colleagues.
