We’re recruiting an experienced Mobile HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Mechanic to join a busy commercial vehicle operation, covering East London, Essex and surrounding areas.
 
The role of the Mobile HGV Technician / Mobile HGV Mechanic / Mobile Truck Mechanic

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs and commercial vehicles.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
• Attend breakdowns and complete repairs efficiently to minimise vehicle downtime.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and vehicle inspections.
• Work safely and professionally across customer and fleet locations.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.

 
What the ideal Mobile HGV Technician / Mobile HGV Mechanic / Mobile Truck Mechanic would need

• Previous HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic experience.
• Level 2, Level 3, time-served or relevant international experience.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Commercial vehicle experience.
• Good fault-finding ability.
• Reliable, practical and customer-focused approach.
