Job Title – Mobile Service Technician
Salary –OTE up to £35,000
Monday to Friday 0800-17:00
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Mobile Service Technician to join their busy Service Department, offering a fantastic basic salary and other great company benefits. This is a Monday to Friday role and will include travelling around the area.
Key responsibilities for this Mobile Service Technician role are:
- Manage your own schedule and revenue responsibilities while ensuring efficient time management.
- Travel to customer sites to diagnose and assist with mechanical repairs where possible.
- Inspect and report on vehicle condition, safety, performance, and potential defects.
- Maintain proper documentation, seek approval before fitting unauthorised parts, and handle warranty returns appropriately.
- Attend training courses as required and support apprentice development when assigned.
Minimum requirements for this Mobile Service Technician role are:
- Qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 (or equivalent)
- Experience in Diagnostic and using computers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good technical knowledge
- Must have a Driving License
- The ability to work without supervision
- Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work
