Location: Covering Client Sites Across Hayes and surrounding areas
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 Basic Salary
Shift: Monday to Friday | Late Shift | 45-50 Hours Per Week

Mobile Vehicle Technician – Join a Growing Fleet Maintenance Team We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to join a well-established commercial fleet business covering customer sites across Hayes and surrounding areas

This is a field-based role maintaining and repairing a fleet of light commercial vehicles (LCVs), working independently with a fully equipped company van. If you enjoy the variety of mobile work and want a Monday to Friday position with no weekend shifts, we’d like to hear from you.

The Role As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on customer LCV fleets at various client locations.

Duties include:

• Routine servicing and scheduled maintenance on LCVs
• Mechanical repairs and fault finding
• Diagnostics using manufacturer and multi-brand diagnostic equipment
• MOT preparation and inspections
• Identifying additional repair work where required
• Completing job cards and service documentation accurately
• Delivering excellent customer service whilst representing the business on-site

What’s on Offer?

• £45,000 – £50,000 basic salary
• Company van fully equipped for mobile working
• Fuel card provided
• Monday to Friday working only
• Late shift pattern offering flexibility
• Stable, permanent position with a growing fleet business

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Approximately 12:00pm – 10:00pm
• 45-50 hours per week
• 9.5-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid break
• Flexibility available on start and finish times depending on workload

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (NVQ, City & Guilds or IMI)
• Previous experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
• Experience working on light commercial vehicles
• Full UK driving licence
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
