MOT Tester and Vehicle Technician
Location: Telford
Basic Salary: £34,000
On Target Earnings (OTE): £38,200
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
We’re recruiting for a skilled MOT Tester and Vehicle Technician to join a leading national automotive group in Telford. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional, expanding company that offers long-term career growth and a supportive workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct MOT tests to DVSA standards (Class 4)
- Carry out vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs
- Work on a variety of makes and models with a focus on quality and first-time fix
- Support the team in maintaining high workshop standards and service levels
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid MOT Testing Licence (Class 4)
- Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (IMI, NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in diagnostics, repair, and servicing
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
