Motorcycle Technician – Chiswick – £40,500 OTE  – Main Dealership

My client, a family run dealership in Chiswick is now seeking a Motorcycle Technician to join their Workshop.

Responsibilities of a Motorcycle Technician:

• Perform motorcycle servicing and repairs efficiently and safely.
• Apply your expertise to accurately test and diagnose faults, aiming for a “Right first time” outcome.
• Conduct thorough safety inspections on each motorcycle, ensuring the optimal performance of all components.
• Consistently meet the efficiency standards established by the service manager (e.g., attended hours versus billed hours).
• Test motorcycles and accurately diagnose any faults.

Requirements of a Motorcycle Technician:

• Must be qualified to Level 3 or have equivalent experience as a Motorcycle Technician.
• Own tools and a full driver’s license are required.
• Full UK drivers licence/motorcycle licence (A2 considered)
• A strong interest in motorcycles is a plus.
• Previous experience should include diagnostics, fault-finding, and performing services. MOT testing experience is also beneficial.
