I am looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician to join a leading Accident Repair Centre in the Reading area.
 
Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician Roles and Responsibilities:

• Take on a varied and rewarding role, carrying out multiple repair disciplines within a busy, professional Bodyshop environment.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while working efficiently in a fast-paced Accident Repair Centre.
• Utilise your skills across Panel Beating, Strip & Fit (MET), and Paint Spraying to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Follow manufacturer-approved repair methods, ensuring all work meets factory standards and exceeds customer expectations.
• Effectively plan and manage your workload, including ordering parts and materials, to ensure vehicles are completed and returned on time.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail while working to productivity and quality targets.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Bodyshop to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.

Skills and Experience Required as a Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the automotive repair industry, with strong Panel Beating, Paint, and/or MET skills.
• ATA accreditation or NVQ qualifications are desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to the highest standards.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately without compromising quality.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• A flexible and adaptable approach, with the confidence to support different areas of the Bodyshop when required.
• A positive team player who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment.
