Nightshift Technician – Stockport – Main Dealership – £28,000 – £34,000

Salary – £28,000 – £34,000 plus bonus up to £5,880 + Shift Allowance
Hours –  Monday – Thursday 5:30pm – 4:30am

Our client is a main dealership in Stockport, and they are looking for an Nightshift Vehicle Technician to join their team in a fantastic workshop. Whilst working alongside experienced technicians, you will play a vital role in the team, carrying out vehicle repairs using the latest technology

Key responsibilities for this Nightshift Vehicle Technician role in Stockport are:

• Carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology
• Conducting vehicle service in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and customer requests
• Carrying out any additional repairs once authorised by the customer
• Warranty repairs as per the manufacturer’s guidelines and relevant write up is complete
• Taking the customers vehicle out on a road test to ensure all faults are rectified
• Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard

Minimum requirements for this Nightshift Vehicle Technician role in Stockport are:

• Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
• Have at least 2 years’ experience after qualifying period, of working in a Dealership as a Technician (or similar)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good technical knowledge
• full and valid UK driving licence
• The ability to work without supervision
• Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work
