Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning and execution of multiple contracts to meet client expectations
- Support bid and pre-construction efforts including programme and risk planning
- Collaborate with commercial teams to monitor project performance and financials
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and team development
- Provide leadership and technical support to site teams
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in an operations or contracts management role
- Strong knowledge of demolition, enabling, or remediation works
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Commercially astute with a focus on delivery and risk management
