We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join a busy and growing Bodyshop group in the Doncaster area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join an established team with plenty of work and the chance to significantly boost their earnings through an uncapped bonus scheme.

 

🔧 The Role

As a Panel Beater, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating body alignment jigs
• Carrying out panel straightening and repairs
• Panel replacement and structural repairs
• Welding and bonding vehicle structures
• Removing and replacing complete body shells where required
• Accurately identifying and listing parts required for repairs
• Ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Working safely and following manufacturer repair methods and procedures

 

👨‍🔧 What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Panel Beater with a strong background in accident repair
• Time served and/or qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3
• ATA qualification advantageous but not essential
• Able to work efficiently in a busy Bodyshop environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your repairs
• A professional approach with a focus on safety and high-quality workmanship
