Location: Thatcham
Salary: Basic Salary DOE + Monthly Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday Role (42.5 Hrs a Week) 

Holt Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Parts Advisor on behalf of a successful business within the plant and machinery sector.

This is a newly created position ahead of an exciting move to larger premises in the new year, with plans to expand the Parts Department.

The Role:

• Handle trade counter, telephone and online parts enquiries.
• Process customer orders and identify suitable parts.
• Support workshop and field engineers with parts and attachments.
• Order, receive and manage stock, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Identify additional sales opportunities and build customer relationships.
• Assist with service estimates and parts administration.
• Deliver parts to customers when required using a company van.
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional parts department.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ Parts Advisor experience essential.
• Good technical knowledge of parts and machinery.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Computer literate with good administration skills.
• Able to work in a busy environment and manage multiple demands.
• Forklift licence preferred.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
