Agricultural Parts Manager

Location: Colchester, Essex
Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday mornings)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)

We are recruiting for an experienced Parts Manager to join a busy Agricultural depot in Colchester. This is a key position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the parts department, supporting aftersales operations, and ensuring high levels of customer service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily running of the parts department
• Support aftersales operations and wider business functions
• Manage and support parts staff where required
• Maintain accurate stock control and organisation
• Process orders, returns, and supplier interactions
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Ensure high levels of customer service at all times
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time
• Monitor and report any stock discrepancies

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in a parts role at senior or management level
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good IT skills and confidence using internal systems
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
