Guildford | £36,000 basic | Up to £39,000 OTE
Monday to Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch
One in four Saturdays, 8:00am-1:00pm, paid as extra hours

Holt Recruitment are recruiting a Parts Supervisor on behalf of a German Prestige Dealership Group in Guildford.

This role gives you responsibility for the daily operation: supporting the team, keeping stock accurate and available, and helping the department deliver for workshop, retail and trade customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing stock levels, audits, daily parts checks and incoming and outgoing transactions.
• Addressing backorders and keeping the Aftersales Manager informed.
• Supporting workshop productivity and accurate vehicle health checks.
• Helping customers find the right parts and resolving complaints promptly.
