Prep Centre Manager – £35,000 – Milton Keynes

We have an opportunity for a Prep Centre Manager to join a busy Prep centre in Milton Keynes.

What’s on offer:

• Salary around £35,000 depending on experience

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm

• Opportunity to lead and develop a small prep team

• Implement processes and enforce prep guidelines

• Exposure to a busy car prep centre

 
Requirements for this Prep Centre Manager role:

• Experience in a similar managerial role

• Technical knowledge of vehicle prep, smart repairs, and valeting

• Comfortable managing people, setting standards, and enforcing procedures

• Experience with start-ups or setting up new processes highly desirable

 

Key responsibilities for this Prep Centre Manager role:

• Manage and motivate a small team of technicians, valeters, and smart repair staff

• Conduct performance reviews

• Implement and enforce processes and prep guidelines

• Check cars in at delivery, liaise with smart repair/painter team, order parts, and arrange valets to ensure cars are forecourt-ready

• Ensure quality and efficiency across the prep operation
