About the Role:
Are you a skilled PSV Technician looking to advance your career with a reputable transport company in the heart of London? We are seeking an experienced and dedicated PSV Technician to join our team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our fleet of Public Service Vehicles is maintained to the highest standards, keeping London moving smoothly and safely.
PSV Technician Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on our fleet of PSVs to ensure they meet all safety and operational standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in an efficient, timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out and parts used, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure all vehicles are ready for daily operations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For in a PSV Technician:
- Proven experience as a PSV or HGV Technician, ideally within the transport industry.
- Relevant technical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including occasional weekends if required.
