Sales Demonstrator & Installer

Location: Luton
Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with additional hours and weekend work during peak seasons)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)

We are recruiting for a Sales Demonstrator & Installer to join a well-established agricultural business. This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting machinery demonstrations, installations, and customer handovers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain machinery for demonstrations, ensuring high presentation standards
• Carry out machine demonstrations and record detailed reports
• Assist with customer handovers, including training and follow-up support
• Install and set up GPS and telematics systems on machinery
• Provide operator training and guidance on equipment use
• Support the organisation of training events, shows, and demonstrations
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience operating modern agricultural machinery
• Good understanding of GPS, precision farming, and telematics systems
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• IT literate and confident using systems and software
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
• Full UK driving licence required
• Forklift, telehandler, PA1/PA2 certificates desirable
