Salary: £30,000-£35,000

Our client, a well-established and reputable commercial vehicle workshop, is seeking a confident and organised Service Administrator with solid HGV or commercial vehicle experience to join their team.

As a Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing job cards, invoices, and general service administration
  • Liaising with technicians, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
  • Scheduling work, booking vehicles, and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting warranty processes and submitting claims
  • Ensuring all compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements are met
  • Providing excellent customer service in a busy workshop environment

To be successful in this Service Administrator role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a service admin role within an HGV or commercial vehicle environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills
  • Experience using dealer management systems desirable
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workshop setting
  • A proactive and professional approach
