Job role:- Service Advisor [Automotive – Independent Garage]
Location:- Haslemere
Salary:- Up to £35,000 per annum
We’re recruiting for a Service Advisor in the Haslemere area to join a family-owned and run independent Garage.
You’ll be covering all the service reception duties, being the initial point of contact for cars being dropped in the morning and collected in the evening, communicating and authorising repairs on the vehicles and ensuring service is top notch.
One of the more fulfilling aspects here is helping a huge variety of clients, and alongside your customer service skills [and a good set of tea-making skills] you’ll take care of the day-to-day admin, calls and daily chin-wags with their familiar and loyal customer base.
- Paying up to 35,000 per annum
- 8-5:30pm Mon – Fri with every other weekend 8-12:30 [negotiable].
- On the job training
Requirements?
- Experience working within the Motor Industry – you’ll be needing to deal with customer issues on their cars, so a fair grasp on that so you can help will be essential.
- The awareness to deal with multiple calls & emails, whilst ensuring pets and children are watered/refreshed alongside their owners.
- Promptitude and great relationship skills with customers and colleagues alike
