Lawn Mower Service Engineer – Cornwall
Up to £35,000 Per Annum
Based in St Columb
We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced lawn mower service engineer to join our team in Cornwall. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a secure and rewarding career with development potential, working with a variety of garden machinery both in the workshop and at customer sites.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair garden machinery and equipment.
- Carry out pre-delivery inspections on new and used equipment.
- Complete job-related admin including job cards and digital timesheets.
- Keep a clean and organised workspace.
- Use diagnostic tools effectively.
- Comply with health & safety procedures.
- Support and mentor apprentices.
- Stay current with industry training and technology.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a lawn mower service engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- IT literate and comfortable with digital systems.
- Driving licence required.
- Familiarity with brands such as John Deere and Stihl is an advantage.
