They are seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead their thriving service department. Position Details:
- Job Type: Permanent
- Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 5:30 pm), Saturdays as required
- Salary: £35,000 per annum (with on-target earnings of up to £42,000)

Role Overview:
As the Service Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the entire service department. This hands-on leadership position requires you to drive profitability, foster team development, improve operational processes, and propel the department forward. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating the service team to meet and exceed performance targets
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Manager or Service Advisor, ideally within the motor trade, is essential
- Proven ability to achieve targets and lead a team to success
- A valid UK driving license
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach
