Showroom Host / Receptionist – Hatfield – Luxury prestige dealership
Our client, a luxury main dealership in Hatfield, is looking for an experienced Showroom Host to join their busy Sales Department.
The Role:
- Act as the first point of contact for all customers entering the Centre
- Welcome and direct customers professionally to the right person
- Handle incoming calls and transfer them as needed
- To ensure refreshments are always available.
- Each morning lease with the sales team for scheduled handover, appointments and dining appointments (including allergies).
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Smart, professional appearance
- Hosting experience in the motor trade is a plus, but not essential
