Trade Parts Sales Representative – £28,000 – Lincoln 

Role: Trade Parts Sales Representative
Salary: £28,000 per year + company car
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Our Client is looking for a motivated Parts Sales Representative to join a busy team in Lincoln. This role focuses on building strong relationships with customers, increasing parts sales, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the parts department.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing relationships with both new and existing customers
• Managing key accounts and maintaining regular contact
• Using CRM systems and online platforms to generate sales opportunities
• Supporting marketing activity to help grow the parts business
• Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Handling invoice queries and working with accounts to resolve any issues
• Encouraging repeat business by delivering excellent customer service

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a sales role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
• Good attention to detail and organisation
• A positive attitude and strong drive to achieve results

Experience in motor trade parts sales would be an advantage but is not essential.
