Tyre Fitter – £35,000 – Family Run Independent Garage – Northampton 

We are currently looking for an experienced Tyre Fitter to join a Family Run Independent Garage in Northampton. The Tyre Fitter role is offering an excellent basic salary up to £35,000 DOE & qualifications.

• Monday – Friday
• No weekends
• Overtime paid at time & half 

Tyre Fitter Role and Responsibilities:

• Repairing & fitting tyres in accordance with the client’s guidelines
• Removing & refitting tyres and components in accordance with the companies’ high standards.
• Fixing brakes, exhausts
• Servicing and fixing minor faults
• Road testing
• Understanding and adhering to the company’s policies and procedures in all aspects of work
• Undertaking the necessary training and skills development

 Minimum Tyre Fitter Requirements:

• Must be qualified to a Level 2 – 3 City and Guilds or NVQ or equivalent
• You must have your own tools and Full Driving Licence
• Good Mechanical Knowledge and experience working within a Mechanical Environment
