Vehicle Damage Assessor

We’re looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator to join a well-established Accident Repair Centre in the Nottingham area. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team with excellent earning potential and long-term stability.

 
The role – Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator

You will:

• Inspect accident-damaged vehicles and assess full repair costs and timescales
• Ensure correct repair methods and pricing structures are followed
• Manage workflow in line with company and customer targets
• Use computerised estimating systems
• Liaise with insurers, accident management companies, and customers
• Provide updates and ensure excellent customer service throughout

What we’re looking for

• Experience using estimating software (ideally Audatex)
• ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and as part of a team
